Michelle Cullen

Michelle has collected a few well-stamped passports and a lifetime of amazing experiences, working as a bilingual secretary in Paris, backpacking around Europe, Central America, and Southern Africa, and helping rebuild communities after war throughout Africa, East Asia, South Asia, and the Pacific. She received her master’s degree in anthropology from Melbourne University in Australia and her PhD in sociology from the London School of Economics. 


She currently lives in Annapolis, Maryland, where she is either doing yoga, playing outside, or plotting murder. 

 

Her debut novel, A Field Guide to Murder, is available wherever books are sold, and the sequel, A Field Guide to Death and Deceit, hits the shelves September 15, 2026.

LA Chandlar

L.A. Chandlar is the award-winning author of the Lane Sanders MYSTERY SERIES. She’s been nominated for the Agatha, Lefty, Macavity and Anthony Awards; winner of Suspense Magazine’s Crimson Scribe. She’s lived in NYC for over 24 years. Laurie worked in PR for General Motors, is the mother of two sons, and has toured the nation managing a rock band. She is a fierce advocate for women’s rights. She loves coffee and wine. And French fries.

Melinda Mullet

Melinda Mullet, is a dual US/UK national. Formerly a lawyer specializing in communications, media and entertainment law she is now enjoying a second career as a mystery writer.

 

Melinda is the author of the Whisky Business Mysteries, a six-part series of traditional mysteries set in and around a boutique single malt whisky distillery in Scotland. A standalone traditional mystery called A Ghostwriter’s Guide to Murder debuted in July 2025 and is set on a houseboat along the Regent’s Canal in London. Book seven in the Whisky Business series arrives November 2026.

 

Melinda is a travel junkie and a life-long advocate for children’s literacy causes both domestic and international. When she is not in the UK, she lives just outside of Washington, DC with her whisky-collecting husband and two wild Covid canines named Bailey and Captain Jack.

Maddie Day

Maddie Day writes the Cece Barton Mysteries, the Country Store Mysteries, the Cozy Capers Book Group Mysteries, and the Dot and Amelia Mysteries. As Agatha-Award winning Edith Maxwell, she writes Agatha-nominated short crime fiction. She’s a member of MWA and a proud lifetime member of Sisters in Crime. Peggy Ehrhart

Peggy Ehrhart is a former English professor with a doctorate in Medieval Literature. Her Maxx Maxwell mysteries, Sweet Man Is Gone (2008) and Got No Friend Anyhow (2011), were published by Five Star/Gale/Cengage and feature a blues-singer sleuth.

 

Peggy is currently writing the Knit & Nibble mysteries for Kensington Books. Her amateur sleuth, Pamela Paterson, is the founder and mainstay of the Arborville, New Jersey, knitting club, nicknamed Knit and Nibble. Knit & Nibble #11, A Dark and Stormy Knit, was an August 2024 release; Knit & Nibble #12, Last Wool and Testament, was released in May 2025; and.An Eggy Way to Die appears in Kensington’s 2026 Easter-themed novella anthology, Easter Egg Murder.

K.L. Borges is a retired high school math teacher who now works in a Billings, Montana, animal rescue. When not at Billings Animal Rescue Kare or sitting at her computer writing, Borges is most often with her husband and two blue heelers, enjoying the Montana outdoors. She is a member of Sisters in Crime and the Billings Gem and Mineral Club.

Angela M. Sanders

Angela M. Sanders is the author of the bestselling Witch Way Librarian cozy mysteries and the Joanna Hayworth vintage clothing mysteries. As Clover Tate, she wrote the Kite Shop cozy mysteries. Her latest book, the seventh and final in the Witch Way Librarian series, is Witch and Tell.
